The protective tube PT4x-AIR has been developed in order to protect the optics of the laser distance sensors of the LDM4x series from dirt and water in industrial environments.
It is screwed directly onto the measuring device. Compressed air can be brought into the tube through the connector on the side. The continuous air flow which develops, keeps dirt particles and water drops away from the lens system.
