The CPC1 is a protection and cooling case for VLM500 meters. It protects the measuring device from excessive temperatures and contamination in particularly adverse environments. The housing is made of V2A stainless steel and withstands even strongest mechanical impacts. The CPC1 has a hose connection for the external AC5 blower air generator. The air flow from the AC5 flows around the VLM for cooling. At the same time the continuous air outlet through the tube prevents soiling of the VLM500 device windows. With continuous purge air, the CPC1 can also be mounted upside down, which enables a measurement from bottom to top.
Tubes in various lengths and optional shutter closures are available for the CPC.
